Bug Title: When multiple Sub-Tabs are present on certain entries, you may have to click through all to make them active.

Bug Description: It seems there is a BUG in the Tabbed Editor on the code portion of the site.
This issue does not happen to all codes but to a few.
We are working on resolving the issue and hope to have it working with all
codes we host on CFF Coding Source.

[Issue]
When viewing the ASP.NET or ASP Classic codes on the code page, you may have to click through all sub-tabs to make them active.
Once they become active, you can view and copy the code from that tab.
This issue does not happen to all Code pages.
